Great to meet you!

I live in Highlands Ranch, CO just south of Denver and am the proud mother of two teen boys who keep me on my toes and surprise me daily.  I know these days with them are precious because soon I will blink an eye, and they will be off on their own.  

My days are spent working for local school district in the curriculum department. My background as an elementary teacher is probably what makes me love photographing families so much.  I love outdoor adventures that include skiing, mountain biking, and exploring remote corners of the state and the world. I play the ukulele, don’t like to wear shoes, and got certified as a yoga instructor during Covid (at least something good came out of all that!).

I've been making photos for as long as I can remember, and being able to share my love of photography by making pictures for others brings me such joy. I'm proud to be a member of Documentary Family Photographers, an organization that supports a documentary approach to photography.
